NW New Year's Camp

Registration

Registration Fees(show prices)

Registration fees are on a tiered plan. Please pay the highest tier that you can afford. “Benefactor” covers our expenses and more; “Sustaining” meets our expenses; and “Basic” is below our cost. Paying the highest tier you can afford helps ensure our expenses are covered and camp can happen again next year and the next. The generosity of campers paying as benefactors has enabled us to include many community members who might otherwise be unable to attend. The early bird discount is available through Monday, November 9.

Special Diet Needs

Camp Sealth does their best to accommodate those with food restrictions; registered campers will be sent a link in December to inform Camp of diet needs. However, if you need to bring special foods, there are kitchen areas where you may prepare your food. If you need to do this please remember to bring all utensils and supplies you may need.

How to Register

Space is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Camp is limited to participants who register for the full four days. No day guests or pets are permitted. A few weeks before camp, more details will be sent to registrants. If you are placed on a waiting list, your check will be held but not deposited until there is a place for you.

Values and Expectations

We want campers to feel safe and comfortable at our camp. We value and expect consent and communication, community mindedness, and physical safety. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Please read our Values and Expectations statement. When you register, you will be asked to verify you are familiar with and agree to participate in accordance with these principles.

“I liked the relaxed atmosphere; the incredibly talented people who share music, dance, crafts, songs and stories; the opportunity to come together and celebrate with my ‘chosen family’!”
